DIRECTIONS
The most effective way to detoxify your system with Co-Clean is to take two tablets with 8-12 ounces of water before you go to bed. It will not interfere with your sleep. Continue to take two tablets each night for no longer than four weeks. This should be sufficient time to purge the toxins from your body. After your four week cleanse with Co-Clean Detoxifying Tablets you can proceed to Phase II or wait at least 10-14 days before starting a second Phase I cleansing session. It is common to feel worse during your cleanse for a short time before you start feeling better.
